Animal part III – Best for Last

Before foie gras was banned on the menu, I made sure to go back and have this dish. I must have had it about 3 times if not more. It was one of the best things on the menu. I’d like to be hopeful that one day it will return (legally of course).

I haven’t posted in a while, so it’s only fitting to come back with an oldy but goody. These next few dishes are from one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles, Animal.

Highly recommended for people who are open to try anything, good for sharing. The menu is limited and I usually like to order a few things and test it out.

This is a new cupcake Bottega Louie introduced that I tired the other day. I highly recommend it in you’re in the area. Very flavorful and the jam in the center is delicious.

S’mores is one of my favorite sweets. I could have it any time of the day, as many times in a day and not get sick of it. This is just a little late-night-snack I made. The more marshmallows the better.

Sweet Overload

I came upon this wonderful dessert last year @ the Coachella music festival. The line was definitely worth the wait. Vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate with nuts and sprinkles in between waffles.
